At Visa, Adobe, and McKesson, there was no PMO when I arrived, so most of my career has been about building one: a single way for work to come in, a plan that matches the people available, and measures leaders actually use. Along the way, I've coached more than 100 program managers. Outside of work, I co-founded a nonprofit in 2018 and speak Spanish.
